Frank Clautice founded Retail Power, Inc. in 2010 after working many years in the electrical contracting business. Frank began as a novice electrician in 1978 with a regional electrical contractor and through hard work and determination he eventually became a project manager. Before long Frank co-founded GrayClaw Electrical. At this time, Frank became a staple and common name in the electrical contracting business in the state of Georgia. After 20 successful years with GrayClaw, Frank decided to go out on his on and founded Retail Power, Inc. Retail Power has since become one the pre-eminent electrical contractors in the Atlanta metro area. Frank’s vision was to create a company that provides exceptional performance and fosters strong interpersonal relationships. Frank is continuously striving to improve not only his company, but the men and women who work with him, and the people in his life. Frank resides in Alpharetta, GA with his wife and two dogs. Frank has a son and daughter, and when he is not enjoying a weeknight Braves game or Saturday golf outing, he adores spending time with his family and friends.

A native of Rabun Gap, Shawn Hughes has worked at Retail Power since its founding in 2010 as its Vice President. Shawn has worked in the electrical contracting business for over 30 years beginning as a delivery truck driver. Prior to working with Frank at GrayClaw and Retail Power, Shawn worked with other well-known electrical contractors in the Atlanta metro area that are still operating today. Shawn has ample amounts of experience in electrical contracting, estimating, company and project management, and information technology. Shawn is licensed in six states (Georgia, Florida, Alabama, Tennessee, North Carolina, and South Carolina). Shawn uses a pragmatic and modern approach in his management style and continues to seek innovative ways to make Retail Power more efficient and on the cutting edge. Shawn resides in Canton, GA with his wife and two dogs. Shawn has a son, and in his spare time enjoys brewing his homemade beer and expanding his knowledge in the world of technology.

Greg started with Retail Power in 2019 after many years in the insurance industry. Growing up around a family member in the electrical industry, Greg is well acquainted with the business. He has worked on and off in the industry since the age of 16. As a project assistant, his role is to support Frank and Shawn with all matters pertaining to the growth, management, and success of the business. His experience in the corporate world has allowed him to excel in effective communication, results-based management, and leadership accountability.

Greg is native of Alpharetta and currently resides in Buckhead. He graduated cum laude from Georgia Southern University with a B.A/B.S in History and Political Science. He is an alumnus of Alpha Tau Omega. Greg enjoys spending time with friends and family and playing tennis, golf, and racketball.

Gwyne Walker has been employed with Retail Power since 2012 and performs various roles as the Office Manager of the company. Some responsibilities she has as the Office Manager is running weekly payroll, processing documents for accounts payable and account receivable, bookkeeping duties, and preparing tax documents for quarterly and annual taxes.

Gwyne was raised in Dacula, Georgia and now resides in Jefferson, Georgia with her husband and two daughters. When she is not at Retail Power, she enjoys spending time with her family and being outdoors.
